Safari Tent Camp – Tswalu Kalahari Private Game Reserve
Northern Cape, South Africa | January 2023
Supporting an expanded safari tent system in the pristine Kalahari Desert required anchoring guy cables in very loose sand while preserving the delicate ecosystem. We installed 96 helical tension anchors (model TS238254) designed for 76kN maximum working loads, achieving structural stability at 6-meter depths despite challenging conditions. The project was completed in just 8 days with minimal desert disruption.

Haru Oni Green Hydrogen Plant
Punta Arenas, Magallanes Region, Chile | August – September 2021
Chile’s world-first integrated climate-neutral synthetic fuel facility demanded foundations supporting industrial loads while meeting environmental sustainability goals. We installed 185 helical piles (model RS2875) with three-helix configurations, handling design loads of 28.4 to 30.11 metric tons in loose to firm clay soils. Installation depths ranged from 4.0 to 5.0 meters, completed over 46 days including load testing—a perfect alignment of sustainable foundation technology supporting sustainable energy production.

Henkel Mortar Plant Silos
Quilicura, Chile | November 2020
Three large silos and industrial plant equipment required high-capacity foundation support handling both compression and tension loads in fine soil conditions. We installed 40 RS2875 helical piles to 10-meter depths through clays and silty sands, engineered for maximum working loads of 35.8 metric tons compression and 21.5 metric tons tension. The entire project was completed in just 12 days, providing verified load capacity and long-term stability for critical manufacturing infrastructure.

Campo Lindo Transmission Line
Chile | August 2022
A new 220kV transmission line required rapid foundation installation across varied terrain with minimal environmental disturbance. We installed 2-7/8″ OD helical piles with 10″ and 12″ helix-bearing plates at variable depths throughout the corridor, totaling 3,602 linear feet through sands, silty sand, and clay layers. Completed in 1.5 months, the transmission infrastructure now delivers reliable power supported by foundations engineered for long-term performance across diverse soil conditions.

Pucallpa Pier Reinforcement
Amazonian Rainforest, Eastern Peru
Reinforcing a main pier structure in Peru’s Amazonian Rainforest required a foundation solution implementable in a remote, environmentally sensitive location with challenging access. Working with our local Peru partner, we designed, supplied, and installed custom helical piles specifically engineered for pier reinforcement. The solution addressed structural stability needs while minimizing impact on the surrounding rainforest ecosystem, providing stable long-term infrastructure serving the Pucallpa community with minimal environmental footprint in one of the world’s most ecologically important regions.

Jales Dam Transportation Band Foundation
Zacatecas, Mexico | September 2020
Supporting a transportation band system on a tailings dam required helical piles handling high compression and tension loads in loose silty sand. We installed combo helical piles with round shafts and three-helix configurations, embedded 14 meters deep through loose to medium-dense silty sand. Each pile was designed for 440kN compression and 530kN tension loads. Completed in just 3 days, the transportation band foundation now operates reliably, supporting critical material handling infrastructure with verified load capacity in challenging dam conditions.
